Welcome to Millgrove Baptist Church! We believe that partnering with parents is the best way to encourage a personal faith in children. We’re committed to supporting children and families with high quality experiences with a heart for Jesus.

Sunday School

On Sundays Junior Sunday School is the place for children from 3 years old to grade six, as well as a dedicated Parents Lounge which provides a relaxing atmosphere for parents with children aged 0-3 years. Older children are welcome to either stay in Church or else go to Senior Sunday School (High School age).

Please ask the Greeter in the Church Foyer to introduce you to Brigitte McDonald who teaches the young children and or Henk and Gwen Boer who teach the Senior Children’s Group. They will be happy to assist you with any questions and show you the Children’s Room/s and or the Parents lounge.

The Children will remain with you in the initial part of the Church Service until after the Children’s Talk and then Brigitte and Henk will escort the children to their respective areas.

If needed, you are welcome to stay with your child.

Note: All people working with Children have current ‘Working with Children’ and ‘Police Checks’ as part of the Churches safety requirements and comply with the Children’s Commission of Victoria Church Safety requirements.
